Petzl - Croll Large

CROLL L is designed for rope climbing and is easy to use. The attachment holes ensure effective positioning during climbing. The wide rope groove allows it to adapt perfectly to large diameter, swollen or stiff ropes, while limiting friction. It is compatible with ropes measuring 8 to 13 mm in diameter. Used with the ASCENSION handheld rope clamp for rope climbing.

Easy to use and effective

• The ratchet opens by squeezing for easy and quick handling. 
• The ratchet is fully integrated into the body of the rope clamp to prevent it from jamming.
• Toothed comb with self-cleaning grooves optimizes the function in all conditions (frozen or muddy ropes...) Stainless steel comb has better corrosion resistance
• The lower hole is angled to keep the device flat
• Upper hole for attaching a SECUR shoulder strap to keep the rope clamp in place

Available in two versions

• CROLL S: compact and lightweight rope clamp. This version has a rope channel reinforced with stainless steel, for very harsh environments.
• CROLL L: rope clamp with a wide rope channel for excellent flotation during climbing.
