Distel Carbon 3.1 Comfort

Distel Carbon 3.1 Comfort are the premium climbing irons on the market and are presented here in a special design. The company has very much forged its own trail in choosing the material which is a special polycarbonate mix, giving high load bearing and a long service life. In addition, uni-directional carbon fibres give a high breaking strength. To ensure comfort, the footprint is 47 mm wide and the shaft is ergonomically shaped. The treads are also still protected with Vibram sole rubber. With their thick, optimised padding, the pre-formed shells are particularly comfortable on the calves. The 20 mm thick foam has a lattice structure to avoid pressure points and absorb shocks. The 100 mm wide Velcro straps also avoid the risk of pressure points. Calf circumference can be adjusted from 31 to 50 cm. In addition the height of the shells can be adjusted from 34.3 to 47.8 cm, depending on the length of the calves.

With Velcro straps on the foot for firm adjustment with no play. Achieved with the two adjustable straps over heels and insteps. Naturally, fits all available gaffs. Weight 1730 g.
