The electric motors in ECHO's battery series are brushless, i.e. the permanent magnet is rotating and the coils are in the stator. This means that there is no mechanical wear and tear.

The magnet on ECHO's brushless motor is high performance and creates no contact or friction between the brush and the commutator, reducing noise. This results in a quieter operation which is beneficial in noise sensitive areas such as - parks and gardens in hospitals, schools, cemeteries etc.
