The new 56 eFORCE battery uses the very latest lithium-ion technology to give you more energy, greater versatility and longer run times. This means you get the power you need no matter how heavy your workload is. The 2.3 Ah battery is compatible with the full range of Professional Series tools. The battery is lightweight and ergonomic, meaning it is ideal for jobs that require a high level of manoeuvrability and accuracy. Advanced lithium-ion technology means you get full power until the battery is fully discharged.

The battery cells have a secondary protective casing that provides additional protection against shocks. In the event of an impact, the structural integrity and mechanical "bonds" between the cells take all the strain from spot-welded connections.

Fast charging

With the standard fast charger (LCJQ-560), the 2.3 Ah battery can be charged to 80% in as little as 30 minutes (47 minutes for 100%).
