This complete kit offers spark-free components and insulated fibreglass barrels for maximum safety when exposing buried lines, cables and piping systems.

The AirSpade 4000 Utility Series is designed for demanding applications in infrastructure maintenance. The powerful Utility AirSpade 4000 air-excavation tool delivers a supersonic air jet at **150 cfm** (approx. 4,247 l/min) for efficient removal of soil, gravel and organic material without damaging underlying structures. Spark-free nozzles in nickel-aluminium bronze and brass components eliminate the risk of ignition in explosive environments. The insulated fibreglass barrel is rated up to **300 kV** and protects the operator from electric shock when working near high-voltage lines.

The ergonomic handle with retractable design and dead-man trigger ensures intuitive control and an immediate stop when needed. The trigger guard prevents accidental activation. The Chicago-style swivel coupling allows smooth rotation without twisting the hose. Made in the USA to the highest quality standards for professional use.
