Description

AirSpade 5000 Utility Series Kit - 150 cfm with 1.2 M Barrel is the ultimate kit for safe and efficient exposure of underground lines with compressed air. Perfect for arborists, linesmen and utility workers who need to dig without damaging sensitive infrastructure such as electricity, gas, water and telecommunication lines.

This kit contains the powerful **AirSpade 5000 Utility** air-excavation tool with a high-performance **AirSpade Supersonic nozzle** in spark-free bronze. The nozzle generates a laser-like air jet that moves at twice the speed of sound (supersonic speed) for up to **150 cfm** airflow and superior digging performance. The in-line handle is ergonomically designed for a vertical grip, ideal for precision work.

The handle is made of rugged, lightweight aluminium with a full-size grip opening for gloves. A comfortable plastic grip provides thermal protection and electrical insulation. Equipped with a **dead-man trigger** for maximum safety, a trigger guard against accidental activation and an integrated pressure gauge for optimal performance. The compressed-air inlet is **3/4” NPT** with a swivelling universal coupling for easy connection.

Safety is prioritised with a **screw-on, electrically insulated fibreglass barrel** (rated 300 kV) that protects against high-voltage lines. The barrel has an adjustable rubber dirt shield to deflect soil and debris. All connections in brass minimise spark formation. The kit also includes a **225 kV-rated 3-foot fibreglass extension**, a **45-degree spark-free angled brass adapter**, a **1” x 10' lightweight air hose** and a heavy-duty, lockable storage bag for smooth transport.
