Description

The HMS Bulletproof Triple carabiner combines low weight with high durability thanks to its steel reinforcement. Perfect for arborists who demand reliable and robust equipment.

This innovative hybrid carabiner from Edelrid combines the advantages of an aluminum carabiner and a steel carabiner. A steel insert in the carabiner's apex (vertex) prevents premature wear and the formation of sharp edges, while the aluminum-based body keeps the weight down to just 89 g.[1][2]

Features

  • Keylock closure mechanism for optimal handling when clipping in and unclipping – a snag-free nose minimizes the risk of snagging.
  • H-profile construction for optimal material utilization and minimal weight.
  • Steel insert at the top protects against wear from rope friction, bolt hangers, or high wear points such as rope bridges and anchor points.
  • Triple Lock model with triple locking for maximum safety in demanding arborist environments.
  • Bulletproof design for extreme durability in tough conditions.
  • Perfect for HMS use with belay devices, Munter hitch, or rope bridges.
