Description
The SRT Foot Loop makes ascending easier during tree climbing with single rope technique (SRT). It is adjustable, hard-wearing and partly elastic for efficient and comfortable use in arborist work.
Description
The SRT Foot Loop consists of two straps that work together for optimal performance:
- Upper strap, partly elastic, fitted with a metal buckle for length adjustment.
- Lower strap, also with a metal buckle for adjusting both the strap length and the size of the foot loop.
The upper strap is tied to the knee ascender (not included) with a girth hitch on the side with the smaller loop. The strap is passed over the shoulder and clipped to the back of the harness with a carabiner (not included), after which the length is adjusted.
The lower strap is tied to the knee ascender with a girth hitch on the side with the black loop. Depending on whether it is tied directly around the boot or attached with a carabiner (not included), the foot loop is adjusted with the metal buckle and the elastic for a perfect fit.
