ART Positioner 2

The ART Positioner 2 is the first choice of arborist climbers for mechanical adjustment on ropes. It allows easy one-handed adjustment even under load and has an ergonomic design for maximum comfort during intensive use up in the canopy.

The ART Positioner 2 represents the absolute pinnacle of mechanical rope-adjustment devices and has been the obvious choice among professional arborists since its launch. Unlike traditional rope grabs, the Positioner 2 grips the rope instantly under load and allows smooth, reliable length adjustment with one hand – even under full load. The ergonomically shaped release lever ensures intuitive, effortless handling, which is crucial during long working days at height. The Positioner 2 is compatible with ropes of 11-13 mm diameter, steel-core fliplines with a climbing-rope cover, and steel cables of 12-13 mm (in combination with the ART FSP5S connector). Includes a swivel for optimal rotation and user comfort, minimising torque and fatigue.
