Captain Kit

The Captain kit from DMM gives you everything you need for safe and efficient positioning during work at height. Includes the Captain hook, 15 metres of Sirius 10 mm rope with a sewn eye and a 6-litre DMM Tool Bag for optimal use in trees and complex structures.

The Captain is a self-orienting, high-strength hook developed for modern work-at-height techniques. It is carefully designed to provide stability and positioning options during technical jobs that require repositioning, such as traversing between anchor points.

The rotating D-connector reduces torque and ensures reliable placement on anchors up to 90 mm in diameter. Once the hook is in place, DMM's high-quality construction provides a nominal breaking strength of **23 kN** (depending on the quality of the anchor point). After use, the Captain can easily be attached to the harness with no risk of snagging.

Perfect for work in crowns, between trees or in complex structures. NOTE! Non-PPE – not intended for carrying climbers.
