Argiope Blue 11.7 mm is a light and flexible climbing rope with a splice, perfect for arborist work. Its unique design prevents slippage and optimises use with mechanical devices.
ARGIOPE BLUE 11.7mm CLIMBING ROPE
A very light and very flexible rope whose reputation speaks for itself.
DESCRIPTION
It is an American-style climbing rope (significant proportion of sheath) with an 11.7 mm diameter. As it is very light, it is recommended for long climbing ropes.
Its unique properties lie in the sheath design (a high-quality braid prevents slippage between sheath and core) and the colours it is made of (easy to see in a tree).
It is very flexible, but stays round when used with mechanical devices such as ZigZag or Spiderjack, which makes it perfect for this. In addition, our Slim TECH® splice passes through these systems, without having to feed the unspliced end through and then take up the length of the rope.
