Description

Teufelberger Chameleon (Spliced eye) is a robust all-round rope with a low ecological footprint, certified according to EN 1891A as an access rope. It is ideal for both single and double rope techniques in arborist work and offers superior handling and strength typical of Teufelberger ropes.[1]

High-quality yarns are used for its manufacture, which are left over during color changes in the extrusion process – an innovative upcycling method that reduces waste in fiber production. The rope's color varies flexibly depending on the available raw material, resulting in unique, environmentally friendly ropes without compromising on performance.[1][2]

The spliced eye provides extra security and convenience for attachment, with a certified breaking strength of 2700 daN. The rope is long-lasting and resistant to wear in demanding tree care environments.

Features:

  • All-round rope for versatile use in access and positioning.
  • Robust and durable construction for daily professional use.
  • Ecological footprint through upcycling of production waste.
  • Flexible colors – unique design based on recycled yarns.
  • Spliced eye for safe and quick attachment.
  • Perfect handling with low weight and optimal grip.
