The Courant Phoenix prusik has been specially developed for tying various types of friction hitches and serves as the perfect brake on arborist climbing ropes. The sheath is made from the latest generation of **aramid fibers**, which are highly resistant to heat, wear, and UV radiation. The Phoenix is available in **8 mm diameter** as a lanyard with 2 spliced eyes in lengths from 65 cm up to 90 cm. From early 2020, the traditional heat shrink tubing has been replaced with a molded polymer end cap for a perfect finish.
