It favours loading of the carabiner along the major axis and helps keep the ADJUST rope adjuster in the correct position to reduce the risk of accidental release. It keeps the lanyard and rope adjuster integrated with the carabiner, reducing the risk of losing them. Captiv Adjust is compatible with OK, Am'D, Bm'D and OXAN carabiners.
