The Teufelberger chainANCHOR is a flexible and certified tool for safe tree care. Use it as a base anchor, an anchor point in the tree or as a cambium saver to minimise friction and protect the tree stem.
With options featuring a thimble in lengths of **300 cm** or **600 cm**, the chainANCHOR is a versatile tool for professional tree care. Its primary use is as a **base anchor** on the ground, but it also works excellently as an **anchor point in the tree** or as a **cambium saver**. The chainANCHOR is ideal for various rope set-ups, from a simple base anchor to use as a girth hitch.
The chainANCHOR is fully certified to the following international standards:
- EN 795:2012 Type B (anchor systems)
- CEN/TS 16415:2017 (for use by 2 people)
- AS/NZS 5532:2013
- ANSI Z133-2017 (work standard for arborists)
Intermediate seams improve stability and ensure high reliability under load. The chainANCHOR is approved for **two users at the same time** with a maximum load of **150 kg per user**, and facilitates rescue scenarios in critical situations. With a **service life of 10 years** from the date of manufacture, it is a long-term investment for serious arborists.
Made from high-quality polyester chain with an integrated thimble for easy handling and minimal wear on the rope. The blue or grey/black colour provides good visibility in the field.
