The Teufelberger Chameleon (Sewn eye) is a robust all-round rope with a low ecological footprint, certified to EN 1891A as an access rope. It is ideal for both single- and double-rope techniques in arborist work and offers superior handling and strength typical of Teufelberger ropes.[1]
For manufacturing, high-quality yarns that are left over during the colour change in the extrusion process are used - an innovative upcycling method that reduces waste in fibre production. The rope's colour varies flexibly depending on the raw material available, giving unique, environmentally friendly ropes without compromising performance.[1][2]
The sewn eye provides extra safety and convenience when tying in, with a certified breaking strength of 2700 daN. The rope is durable and resistant to wear in demanding tree-work environments.
