Description

EDER Powerwinch 1800 is the most powerful winch in EDER's range – a lightweight and extremely rugged motor-driven winch with pulling force up to 1800 kg. With an adjustable gearbox, centrifugal clutch and rope brake, it offers superior flexibility, safety and performance for demanding tasks in forestry, rescue operations, hunting, construction and obstacle removal.

Features

High pulling force: 1800 kg in first gear (direct) and up to 3600 kg with a pulley. Second gear gives 900 kg at higher speed.
Adjustable gearbox: Flexible switching between power and speed – 1st gear: 1800 kg at 12 m/min, 2nd gear: 900 kg at 24 m/min.
Centrifugal clutch: Prevents the rope from being burnt by the rotating drum; the spindle stops automatically when the throttle is released.
Rope brake: Ensures high safety – the winch stops immediately when the rope is released, preventing accidental spring-back of the load.
2-stroke engine (Active): Air-cooled engine with 3.3 kW / 4.5 hp, 62 cm³ displacement, works in 360° in all positions without an oil change. Fuel: petrol:2T oil 50:1.
Engine protection frame: Protects against damage in the event of a rollover.
Lightweight: Only 14 kg, easy to transport. Compatible with light synthetic rope of any length (12–14 mm).
Certified safety: Approved by German certification authorities, meets all safety standards.
Operation from a safe zone: Control from a safe position.
