Description

The PRO TRAXION is a highly efficient, fall-resistant progress-capture pulley with a swivel function from Petzl. It is specially designed for setting up haul lines and handling heavy loads, even when attached to the anchor.

The PRO TRAXION progress-capture pulley can be opened even when connected to the anchor, and is ideal for building haul systems. With a large diameter sheave mounted on sealed ball bearings and an efficiency of 95 %, it is perfectly suited to handling heavy loads. The swivel function makes handling easier by allowing the pulley to be oriented under load and permitting direct connection of carabiners, ropes or slings.

Features

Fall-resistant and easy to handle: The triple-action opening of the moving side plate is quick and easy, even with gloves.
The rope can be installed when the pulley is connected to the anchor.
A red indicator provides a visual warning when the side plate is unlocked.
A special side plate design protects the path of the rope.
Designed for heavy loads: Large diameter aluminium sheave mounted on sealed ball bearings for exceptional efficiency.
The swivel function allows the pulley to be oriented under load.
Versatile: The swivel function and auxiliary attachment point allow the use of carabiners, ropes and slings for easier rigging.
A toothed cam with self-cleaning grooves optimises performance in varying conditions, e.g. frozen or dirty ropes.
Can be used as a simple pulley by locking the cam in the raised position.
Auxiliary attachment point for building haul systems.
Hole in the cam for installing a remote control cord.
