Rock Exotica Aztek Kit

The AZTEK kit is a complete and extremely versatile PMA system (Personal Mechanical Advantage) for rescue and technical rope work. It can be easily configured as 5:1 or 4:1 with redirection simply by rotating the system, allowing for quick adaptation to the situation and load.

The system can be used, among other things, as a pick-off, adjustable direction, high-point guy line, tether for litter bearers in steep terrain, for scooping a litter, and as a load release hitch, etc. Each block is color-coded to match its prusik, making identification and handling quick and intuitive even under stress.

AZTEK blocks are milled from solid aluminum, have integrated swivel attachment points, and run on high-efficiency bearings for minimal friction and maximum efficiency. The kit comes ready to use as a compact "set of fours" for anyone working with advanced rigging, rope rescue, or industrial work at height.

• Minimum breaking strength (MBS): 36 kN with prusik on the upper block.
