KANOPA 45 metre 1 splice from Courant is one of the most popular climbing ropes among arborists, especially French professionals, since its launch in 2009. The rope stands out for its long-lasting flexibility thanks to X-Braid parallel core technology, minimal core-to-sheath slippage and improved visibility in trees thanks to new vivid colour combinations from 2019.

This 12.1 mm rope with a factory-made splice is ideal for tree climbing and compatible with mechanical friction devices. The X-Braid construction guarantees almost zero slippage between core and sheath, providing exceptional durability and safety. The rope is certified to CE EN 1891-A and is still widely used by professional arborists worldwide.
