Maximum comfort: The forward-shifted and angled aluminum shaft offers an optimized ergonomic fit. In combination with the extra-wide 45 mm foot bridge, the load is distributed evenly under the midfoot, making even longer working sessions while standing possible.

Extremely lightweight: The aluminum handle minimizes weight and enables many hours of work without fatigue.

Durable: Premium anodizing from DMM protects the aluminum against corrosion even in the toughest conditions.

Well protected: The Vibram® rubber sole on the underside of the shaft protects the aluminum and provides a firm grip on branches.

Sustainable production: Modern manufacturing techniques, short and preferably regional supply chains, fair working conditions in a German production facility and a high-quality and long-lasting product ensure as small an ecological footprint as possible.

Pads Plus

• Extra padding for the shins and calves is provided by a foam pad that is 50% larger than its predecessor. Pads Plus wraps around almost the entire leg.
• An optimal fit in the shell – and ultimately on the user's leg – is achieved thanks to the grid structure of the calf.
• The grid structure provides a point-wise pressure distribution, which gives the user an increased subjective feeling of comfort.
• 20 mm thick foam cushions every pressure point and impact.

Spikes with black Teflon® (PTFE) coating

• Precision cast quality steel from southern Germany.
• Special heat treatment that provides a structure with an optimal balance between hardness and toughness.
• Rockwell C hardness (HRC): 50.
• PTFE (Teflon®) is a highly developed plastic that greatly reduces friction and loosening torque, for example in aluminum sleeves. Easier release of the nail shoe from the wood saves force and reduces strain.
• Pre-sharpened, extremely sharp spikes – ready for immediate use.
