Ocean Vectran 6 mm is a durable and heat-resistant accessory cord from Teufelberger, certified according to EN 564. Perfect for arborists as hitch cords due to its high breaking strength, excellent grip, and low stretch.
Ocean Vectran 6 mm consists of a core of high-strength Vectran® and a sheath of polyester/aramid. With a diameter of only 6 mm, it achieves exceptionally high breaking loads, making it indispensable in arborist work. The sheath provides high abrasion resistance, good grip, and heat resistance, ideal for demanding applications such as friction knots and rope ascent systems.
