The Petzl Jane-Y double lanyard allows for continuous connection during rope ascents. It is easy to handle and features integrated identification marking for tracking equipment lifespan.

Detailed description

Double lanyard for continuous connection during rope ascent:
- Long arm (60 cm) for attaching ASCENSION handles
- Short arm (30 cm) for clipping in when passing intermediate anchor points

Easy handling thanks to sewn ends:
- Plastic sheath at each end keeps the carabiner in place and facilitates clipping in while protecting the end from abrasion
- STUART accessory allows direct attachment to the ventral attachment point with gate on ASTRO harnesses

Individual identification marking on the plastic cover to track the equipment throughout its lifespan.

Dynamic rope construction limits the impact transferred to the user in the event of a short fall (1).

(1) Progression lanyards do not have energy absorbers. They should therefore only be used if the fall factor is less than 1 (used below the ASCENSION handle or anchor point).
