Description
The Absorber Sling is a self-belay lanyard from Edelrid to EN 355, perfect for anchoring at anchor points such as anchor chains or other fixed points.
This compact energy-absorbing lanyard offers reliable fall protection with an extremely small energy absorber that holds a factor 2 standard fall (EN 355) with a maximum arrest force below 6 kN. The elastic arm provides smooth handling of the carabiner close to hand, and attachment to the harness is easy with a girth hitch. Note: Must not be used as a via ferrata set.
