HEX Functions

• Adjustable fairleads: They are removable and replaceable, can be positioned as needed, and their number can be increased or decreased.
• Removable main line fairleads: Provides optimal rope guidance and prevents overlaps on the bollard.
• Reversible Aluminum Bollard: Machined from solid material, with a diameter of 120mm and a thickness of 22.5mm , and equipped with vents to improve heat dissipation. Since it is not welded to the mounting plate, you can rotate it to effectively address wear areas.
• Ratchet straps slot: For straps up to 50 mm wide (included in the product). The system allows the straps to be placed away from the work area, avoiding any interference with the rigging grips.
• Mobile multi-function pole: Helps with rope guidance and can be used as an attachment point for a pre-tensioning system.
• Through-vents: Improves the bollard's heat dissipation capacity.
• Reversible Mounting Plate: Machined from solid aluminum , with a thickness of 25 mm , a width of 180 mm , and a height of 250 mm . Its compact design allows it to be used on small diameter trunks.
• Replaceable protective pads: Provides increased stability for the system when attached to the stem.
• Bollard attachment: Secured with 12 M10 stainless steel screws , 55 mm long. This ingenious system allows you to either rotate or flip the bollard, and also replace it with a new one without having to buy a whole new system.
• Removable lowering cleats: They are replaceable or removable, providing improved rope control in all situations.
• Transport bag: Made of painted aluminum with dimensions of 51.5 x 32 x 23 cm , it facilitates the storage and transport of your HEXARIG. Its generous size also allows you to store and transport your harnesses and rigging blocks.
• Double wooden bottom: Includes a securing strap to keep HEXARIG firmly in place during transport.
• Ratchet straps: 50 mm wide and 9 m long, with a maximum breaking strength of 50 kN .
