A standout feature of the HEXARIG is its integrated thermal diffuser, which plays a crucial role in preventing overheating of the rope during dismantling operations. This thoughtful design not only increases the safety of the user but also ensures that the rigging rope's performance remains consistent, thereby extending its operational life. In addition, the HEXARIG's reversible cylinder allows easy adaptation in the event of wear, ensuring that the tool remains reliable and effective throughout its use. HEXARIG Features
- Adjustable fairleads: They are removable and replaceable, can be positioned as needed, and their number can be increased or decreased.
- Removable main line fairleads: Provide optimal rope guidance and prevent overlaps on the bollard.
- Reversible aluminium bollard: Machined from solid material, with a diameter of 120 mm and a thickness of 22.5 mm, and fitted with vents to improve heat dissipation. As it is not welded to the mounting plate, you can rotate it to effectively manage wear areas.
- Ratchet straps slot: For straps up to 50 mm wide (included with the product). The system makes it possible to position the straps away from the working area, avoiding any interference with the rigging rope.
- Mobile multifunction bar: Helps with rope guidance and can be used as an attachment point for a pre-tensioning system.
- Through vents: Improve the bollard's heat dissipation capacity.
- Reversible mounting plate: Machined from solid aluminium, with a thickness of 25 mm, a width of 180 mm, and a height of 250 mm. Its compact design allows it to be used on small-diameter trunks.
- Replaceable protective pads: Provide increased stability for the system when it is attached to the trunk.
- Bollard fixing: Secured with 12 M10 screws in stainless steel, 55 mm long. This ingenious system allows you to either rotate or reverse the bollard, and even replace it with a new one without having to buy a whole new system.
- Removable lowering cleats: They are replaceable or removable, providing improved rope control in any situation.
- Transport bag: Made of lacquered aluminium with dimensions of 51.5 x 32 x 23 cm, it facilitates storage and transport of your HEXARIG. Its generous size means you can also store and transport your harnesses and rigging blocks.
- Double wooden bottom: Includes a securing strap to hold the HEXARIG firmly in place during transport.
- Ratchet straps: 50 mm wide and 9 m long, with a maximum breaking strength of 50 kN.

The HEXARIG lowering device is not personal protective equipment (PPE) and must not be used to secure climbers. It is intended solely for use in tree rigging and/or dismantling work by properly trained personnel. Adhering to the WLL (Working Load Limit) is essential to ensure work safety and avoid the risk of accidents related to overloading the equipment.
