Description
The At Height CurlyWirly K25 carabiner optimizes the orientation of rappel equipment. Its twisted design reduces twisting and increases safety during rope access and rescue operations.
K25 CurlyWirly Twisted Carabiner
The K25 CurlyWirly carabiner has been developed by At Height UK to provide optimal orientation of rappel devices when attached to a fixed anchor point in a tensioning system. Each K25 carabiner is carefully twisted 53° to ensure your rappel equipment hangs correctly, reducing unnecessary twisting and improving both safety and efficiency in rope access, rescue operations or industrial work environments.
K25TA (Three-way lock)
- Dimensions: 65 × 107 mm
- Weight: 87g
- Breaking strength (MBS): 25 kN
- Lock type: Three-step security lock
- Opening: 22 mm
Main features:
- 53° Rotation: Carefully designed to guide descent units to the best position, preventing unwanted rotation or side loading under load.
- High Strength & Durability: Rated to a breaking strength of at least 25 kN, suitable for demanding rope access and rescue missions.
- Traceability: Each carabiner is individually serialized, simplifying equipment tracking, inspection, and documentation.
- Lightweight design: Weighing under 90g, the carabiner reduces the overall weight of the system without compromising strength.
Areas of use:
- Climbing and industrial work at height
- Rescue services and emergency management
- Tree care and arboriculture
- All tension release systems that require precise orientation of abseil equipment
Whether you need the added security of a three-way lock or the simplicity of a screw lock, the K25 CurlyWirly carabiner ensures your rappelling gear is always correctly oriented. The combination of strength, light weight and serial number-based traceability makes it an indispensable component for professional rigging, rescue and industrial safety systems.
