HULK

Hulk is an innovative friction device from Courant that improves your ability to lower loads safely and controllably in both simple and complex situations. The robust steel frame with heat-treated and coated components minimizes rope wear and significantly extends their lifespan.

Hulk is extremely easy to handle and intuitive to use. With four fixed yet rotatable and interchangeable aluminum sheaves, it provides a smooth and controlled lowering of medium to heavy branches and logs. Rope twisting and rope-on-rope wear are effectively eliminated. The device is equipped with three stainless steel spikes for perfect positioning on the tree and the rope inside the unit. It features a lower attachment eye for a carabiner or rigging sling and an upper attachment eye for keeping the unit vertical or as an anchor point for lifting operations. A unique rope locking function on the side of the frame allows for quick friction adjustment through different sheave configurations, for load capacities from 10 kg up to a maximum of 500 kg.
