Description
The DMM Impact Block - Small is a compact yet extremely robust pulley, specifically developed for arborists and tree climbers who are exposed to high shock loads during rigging and tree felling. Despite its small size, it offers a Minimum Breaking Strength (MBS) of 200 kN and a Working Load Limit (WLL) of 40 kN, making it ideal for demanding applications in the treetop.
The DMM Impact Block Small combines high-quality materials and advanced manufacturing processes to provide a rope-friendly, durable, and reliable product. It has undergone rigorous dynamic and static testing, resulting in an impressive strength-to-weight ratio. The pulley is manufactured in Wales from hot-forged 6082-T6 aluminum alloy for optimal strength-to-weight, polished, heat-treated, and anodized for corrosion protection according to EN-12373-1:2001 Class I0EI.
