Description
Description
The DMM Rigger Pulley is an extremely strong and versatile pulley with an integrated rigging plate. This pulley offers both high performance and flexibility for all rigging needs.
The DMM Rigger Pulley is a further development of the previous Triple Attachment Pulley introduced 10 years ago. The hot-forged swinging cheek pulley with an integrated three-hole rigging plate allows for creative configurations and direct connection to textile components to save weight and reduce complexity. The Rigger Pulleys feature a new axle construction made with high-precision CNC machining, providing a stronger interface between the axle and side plate for increased durability.
Reinforced attachment areas provide high configured strengths. The newly developed side plates in combination with the axle construction result in a significantly increased minimum breaking strength (MBS) of 40 kN. The side plates have improved fairleads and optimized angles for more efficient Prusik handling.
Features:
- Extremely strong pulley side plates
- High-efficiency roller bearings
- Hollowed axle for reduced weight
- Increased rope-bearing cross-sectional area for textile attachments to the anchor holes
- Same sheave as in the previous Triple Attachment Pulley
- New axle design for increased robustness at the axle/nut to side plate interface
- Optional M5 nut and bolt for locking the side plates, can be mounted from either side
- Optional DMM ID marking
- Can be used as a rigging plate with or without a sheave
Technical specifications:
- Rope diameter: 7 - 14 mm[2]
- Dimensions: 68 x 94 mm[2]
- Sheave diameter: 42 mm[2]
- Weight: 176 g[2]
- Working Load Limit (WLL): 8 kN[2]
- Minimum Breaking Strength (MBS): 40 kN[2]
- Certification: EN 12278:2007[2]
