The ISC Compact Oval Carabiner is a small and strong carabiner ideal for applications where space is limited. Its symmetrical design ensures optimal load distribution and correct orientation.
KL120 Compact oval
The KL120 Compact Oval is a compact oval carabiner with an effective working length of only 70 mm (2 3/4"), making it the perfect option for applications where a short/compact system is advantageous.
Many industrial oval carabiners feature an offset shape to offset the load towards the spine (the strongest part of the carabiner), to achieve additional strength in the main axis. However, the KL120 is a “true” (symmetrical) oval, which is ideal when load centering, proper orientation and optimal loading are top priorities, to allow for balance in a system. The KL120 features a strong I-beam spine that blends into softly rounded, rope-friendly baskets. The gates are equipped with sleek, streamlined barrels designed to reduce barrel play and optimize gate opening ergonomics. New CNC machined grip details replace the knurled grip. The grip has also been extended to improve the user’s grip throughout the gate opening sequence.
