The Petzl Ascension 2015 is a handled ascender developed specifically for ascending ropes in arborist work, industrial climbing and rescue operations. This robust, ergonomic ascender is available in right- and left-hand versions to suit your dominant hand and provide maximum control. The design is optimised for use with one or two hands, even under load and with thick work gloves. The wide handle with dual rubber types provides an exceptional grip and prevents the hand from slipping, while the large opening in the base holds two carabiners for secure anchors or backup systems.

With its lightweight construction and versatility, the Petzl Ascension 2015 is a must for professional arborists who require reliable performance in the treetops or on tall structures. The ascender locks automatically in a fall and is easy to release with one hand for smooth ascents and descents.
