The Petzl **Freino Z TL** is a specially designed carabiner with a friction spur that allows for adding or adjusting friction during descents. It is easy to use and compatible with Petzl's self-braking descenders I’D S, I’D L, I’D EVAC, and RIG. When the carabiner is rotated, the descender becomes drop-safe during transfer from the gear loop to the ventral attachment point or anchor. The Freino Z TL is equipped with the automatic **TRIACT-LOCK** triple-action opening locking system.
