The Petzl Pixa 1 is a robust and reliable headlamp developed for professional use in demanding and explosive environments. With CONSTANT LIGHTING technology, constant brightness is maintained, and it is ATEX certified for zone 2/22 (II 3 GD Ex nA ic IIB T4 Gc tc IIIC T135°C Dc).

Description

The Petzl Pixa 1 is a compact and tough headlamp that keeps the hands free for work. It can be worn on the head with the headband, attached to the helmet with the included mounting plate or placed on the ground. CONSTANT LIGHTING technology ensures that the brightness does not gradually fade as the batteries drain. The lamp is designed for professional use with reliable, practical and durable lighting in two modes (low and high), an automatic reserve mode when the batteries are drained (indicated by a flashing light), an ergonomic rotating knob that works with gloves, and a storage mode that protects the lens and prevents accidental activation. It withstands falls from 2 m, impacts and crushing up to 80 kg, is chemical-resistant and has a comfortable, washable elastic headband. Waterproof to IP67 (waterproof to -1 m for 30 minutes).
