Product description

The Petzl Protec is a specially designed rope protector that effectively protects fixed ropes against abrasion and wear in demanding arborist environments. The robust cover in lightweight material (PVC-free) ensures long durability without adding unnecessary weight. With a hook-and-loop fastener and a clip, the Protec is quickly and easily fitted to the rope – perfect for both fixed installation lines and mobile work lines. Ideal for tree felling, climbing and maintenance work where the ropes are exposed to friction against bark, branches or sharp edges.
