Description

The SPIN S1 Open is a compact and highly efficient single pulley with a locking swivel, perfect for rigging and rescue situations. The openable side makes it easy to use even when attached to the anchor point.

The SPIN S1 Open from Petzl is designed for maximum simplicity when rigging haul lines, load deviations and tensioned highlines during work at height and technical rescue, where weight and size are decisive factors. The compact design minimises weight and volume, which is particularly valuable during demanding operations. The sheave with sealed ball bearings provides exceptional efficiency of 91 %. The integrated swivel makes handling easier by allowing rotation under load and the direct connection of carabiners, ropes or slings. The openable gate on the swivel makes it compatible with a wide range of equipment such as tripods, REEVE pulleys and PAW rigging plates, which reduces bulk during installation.
