Description

The Silky NATA 240mm is a versatile axe perfect for both cutting and splitting. Its shock-absorbing grip makes the work comfortable.

Chopping is often faster than sawing or cutting. The NATA is something in between a knife and an axe. It is forged in SKS-51 (JIS) steel and the special Genki rubber grip absorbs shocks very well: the vibrations are barely transferred to the hand or arm.

The NATA is available in two versions:

- Single-bevel (sharpened on one side only), for cutting small branches, barking trees and laying hedges.

- Double-bevel (sharpened on both sides), for wood splitting.

Features

  • Forged blade of high-quality SKS-51 steel (Japanese standard JIS) for exceptional sharpness and durability.
  • Genki rubber grip that effectively dampens shocks and vibrations, reducing strain on hand and arm.
  • Ergonomic design for precision work and powerful splitting.
  • Lightweight construction with total length 390 mm and 240 mm blade – perfectly balanced for arborists and firewood handling.
  • Rust-resistant treatment for long service life in damp environments.
  • Choice between single-bevel (for fine work) and double-bevel (for splitting).
